Plenty of parking and the environment is well kept. I've been living here for 3 years and a few maintenance issues, they were addressed immediately. Looking forward to renewing.

A lot to be desiredsubmitted by Aliyah R. - |Recommended: YesIf you have maintenance issues do not expect them to get fixed. After living here for 3 months I have to repeatedly call about the same issues and they still are not completely fixed. Unless you can be guaranteed a unit with absolutely no issues, I would not recommend living here based on the maintenance issues I have experienced. At first it seems like it is a great place, and for the most part it is but living somewhere where things don't work or drain definitely is a deterrent.

Love my home and communitysubmitted by Christina H. - |Recommended: YesBeen living here for 5 years. Repairs are taken care of in 1-3 days. Never parking issues right in front of my town home. Pool is a nice option on hot days. Close to everything. I can walk to Wal-mart and go to the mall within 5 minutes, 15 minutes from Canton and 25 minutes from almost anywhere around Baltimore.

Property is very liveable BUTsubmitted by Arthur M. - |Recommended: NoBase the decision on ratings before signing anything . I would not live at The BLVD because even though its location is very great for commuting being near all major highways that is the only perk. I like my apartment I'm currently living in however its not worth staying because nothing gets completed for a maintenance request management dosen't seem to care or care to address residents concerns.
